Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what it doesn't, and what happens to a care request.
Effective September 2, 2026 · Last updated September 9, 2026
In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects nothing automatically. The only information it holds is what you choose to type into the Request Care form. We use it to talk with you about care, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask.
Who we are
AhaCare is a non-medical home care service being established in North Texas, serving Collin and Denton Counties, starting with Prosper, Frisco, McKinney and Celina. Its formal legal entity is being registered; this page will name it the day that completes.
For anything about this policy, email contact@myahacare.com.
What we collect
Answers about the help someone needs at home, a city or ZIP code, and a way to reach you: a first name, and a phone number or email address. Nothing is collected automatically, and nothing comes from third parties.
Some answers, for example about routines or memory, may touch on health. We treat those as sensitive: they exist to point you to the right kind of support, and access is limited to the care team.
If you are telling us about someone else, such as a parent or a spouse, please do so only if you are in a position to speak on their behalf.
Please don't include diagnoses, medications, medical records, or other sensitive medical information in this form. A care coordinator can discuss relevant care needs with you directly.
How we use your information
To respond to your request, to talk with you about care, and to follow up about availability. That is the list.
When we follow up, we will call or email you. We do not send marketing texts.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. Ever.
The service providers that run this site and carry requests to the care team: our hosting provider, and Google, whose tools deliver your request to the coordinator's private records. They process it for us; they don't get to use it for themselves.
Inside AhaCare: the care coordinator who reads your request, and, once care actually begins, the caregiver assigned to you.
Beyond that, only if the law requires it. Nobody else.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, not even 'essential' ones, and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels of any kind.
No third-party scripts. Fonts are downloaded at build time and served from this site's own origin, so reading a page tells no one else that you were here.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type travels encrypted. There are no accounts and no passwords here to lose. Requests are stored in access-limited systems that only the care team can open.
If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept only as long as they are needed to respond and arrange care, and deleted when you ask.
Your privacy rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of what you sent us at any time by emailing contact@myahacare.com. We will confirm it is really you before acting on the request, and we respond within two business days.
Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.
Where your information lives
This site and the systems behind it run on servers in the United States, and your request is processed there.
Children
This site is for adults arranging care and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Other websites
Where this site links elsewhere, those sites have their own privacy practices. This policy covers only ours.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a material change will be noticed on this page, not slipped in quietly.

Where this stands
AhaCare's formal registration and legal review are underway. This policy states plainly what the site does today; the reviewed version will replace it, and the date above will change when it does.
