Find the help your family actually needs
Care made simple, with support that fits your family — not a service list you have to decode first.

Not sure which kind of help you need?
Six situations families often recognize — choose the one that sounds closest. Each one points to where we would begin.
Three short questions to point you the right way — no commitment.
Everyday support
Practical help, and genuine company, right at home.

Service 1. Personal Care & Daily Routines
Support with the everyday rhythm of a day, at the pace the day already has.

Service 2. Companion Care
Regular company for conversation, meals, hobbies and getting out of the house — the social part of feeling well.
Getting out, and getting a break
Staying connected to the world outside, and rest for whoever is carrying it.

Service 3. Mobility, Errands & Appointments
Getting around the house and the town, so the calendar stops being something to worry about.

Service 4. Respite Care
Time away for the family caregiver, with someone trusted there — a few hours, a weekend, or a rhythm you can keep.
After a hospital stay, and memory support
The two moments when familiarity matters most.

Service 5. Support After Hospital or Rehab
Settling back into ordinary life after a stay away, so discharge day is not the hardest day.

Service 6. Dementia & Memory SupportLaunching 2027
Steady, familiar support built around routine, orientation and the things that still feel like theirs.
Across every service
Care in your language, around your routines
This is not a separate service you add on. Whatever kind of support a family starts with, these are the things AhaCare is being designed to plan around.

What AhaCare does not provide
Being clear about this is part of being useful. AhaCare is non-medical support — if what your family needs is on this list, we will tell you, and point you toward the kind of provider who can help.
If someone needs urgent medical attention, call 911. For skilled nursing or therapy at home, a Medicare-certified home health agency is the right kind of provider.
“She chose the blue cardigan today and wanted her hair done properly — said she might have a visitor.”
Illustrative example — not a real client note.
The questions underneath all of this
Is she eating? Is he lonely? Would the ones we love still feel like themselves?
No list of services answers those. The Aha Family Note is being built to — a short, human account of how an ordinary day actually went.
Care starts with a conversation.
Tell us what would make everyday life easier. You do not have to figure out the entire care plan before reaching out.
Submitting this form does not create a care agreement. AhaCare will follow up regarding availability and possible next steps.
